Westland Oaks is a mixed use development located on Collins Road, just east of I-295, on the west side of Jacksonville, Florida. The project dates back to the 1960's when it was originally developed with the Duclay Golf Course that was subsequently named Westland Oaks. Rental apartments on Collins Road and Phase I consisting of 167 single family lots were developed prior to Phase II, which came on line in 2008-2009.

The Asset is best described as the Residential Land, which consists of 128 finished residential lots in Phase II, and 91 undeveloped paper lots in Phase III, and the Commercial Land, which is comprised of 28.35 gross acres (17.79 upland acres) of commercially zoned land with some 1,000 feet of frontage on Collins Road.
