Logan Holz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 and has over 24 years experience in commercial development and real estate brokerage in the Jacksonville market. Previously a partner with Stokes Land Group for six years, Mr. Holz combines experience in land acquisition, development, entitling, permitting, and construction with a background in brokerage, leasing and management to provide comprehensive problem-solving to clients involved in acquisition, leasing and disposition of land in North Florida.

Over the course of his career Mr. Holz has successfully negotiated real estate transactions in excess of $300 million, which includes the recent purchases and re-sale of land which he entitled and/or developed into three residential communities totaling 1,453 lots, an 18 lot office park, and industrial site with 2.5 million square feet in entitlements, and a 459 UMAM credit wetland mitigation bank. In addition, he has brokered outparcels to Walgreens, First Union Bank, Compass Bank, First Guaranty Bank, First Coast Energy/Shell Oil, Exxon Oil Co., McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Wendys, Burger King, Ruby Tuesday, Zaxbys, Whataburger, Bono’s Restaurant, Discount Tire, Blockbuster Video, and the U.S. Post Office. He currently represents Mercantile Bank, Regions Bank, Suntrust Bank, Bank of America, and Oppenheimer Funds for REO and CDD residential properties.

Mr. Holz spent six years with Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. where he developed 32 new stores and enlarged or remodeled 36 stores, as well as secured the site for a 1.2 million sf distribution center. Before joining Winn-Dixie, he was a Vice President with Colonial Properties, managing assets in North Florida and South Georgia.

Mr. Holz earned a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1988. He has attended CCIM courses, the Institute for Corporate Real Estate, and the Florida Real Estate Institute, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
