Andrew Slowik is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Land Brokerage team headed by Senior Director Margery Johnson.
Mr. Slowik was an intern with Cushman & Wakefield before joining the firm full time in the fall of 2011. His duties within the Land Brokerage team include assisting the land investment sales team with the positioning of properties for sale, negotiating contracts, identifying buyers as well as researching the Orlando and surrounding real estate markets to assist in the creation of Broker Opinions of Value (BOV). Mr. Slowik garnered further corporate experience as an intern with Mosaic Wealth Management Group in Winter Springs, FL, where he assisted financial advisors in designing individualized investment strategies for client’s 401ks and IRAs, trained withfinancial advisors in the areas of estate planning, investment planning, tax and retirement planning in accordance with the CFP®board of standards, along with investigating and updating client’s investment portfolios prior to semi-annual meetings, analyzing positions to evaluate appropriate asset allocation and writing reports on client’s current holdings for CFPs. Furthermore, Mr. Slowik familiarized himself with the commercial permitting process while as an employee at his father’s generalcontracting firm and honed his leadership skills as a quarterback and Conference USA Scholar Athlete for the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) football team. Mr. Slowik graduated from UCF in December 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at UCF Mr. Slowik had earned a Bright Futures Scholarship, Dean’s List status, was a member of the Academic Honor Roll and a participant in the NAIOP Real Bowl. He was also a member of the UCF Real Estate Club and NAIOP Developing Leaders program.
