Jordan Wean is a Director and recent addition to C&W’s Land Advisory Team of Florida. He brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience with a diverse background in brokerage services, having represented both private and institutional clients across multiple asset classes in different capacities throughout the lifecycle of a deal. Jordan also brings expertise from an ownership perspective, having asset management experience for both a publicly traded REIT and a private investment management and development firm. A graduate of the University of Central Florida (BSBA, Finance and Real Estate), he is actively involved in NAIOP across Florida and previously served as President of the Central Florida Developing Leaders Group.
