Biography

Mr. Erhardt joined the predecessor of Cushman & Wakefield, J.L. Hearin, three months before Cushman & Wakefield bought the company in 1978.  Since becoming a land specialist in 1982, Mr. Erhardt has sold over 30,000 acres of office, retail, industrial, hotel and multi-family and single-family properties totaling over $1 Billion.  While he specializes in the Tampa Bay area, he has closed transactions in Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Ft. Myers and Port St. Lucie.

Mr. Erhardt specializes in selling office, commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural land, marketing of industrial parks, office parks and master planned communities and site selection.

Mr. Erhardt graduated from Indiana University in 1971 with a degree in Real Estate Administration.  He is an Accredited Land Consultant and is actively involved in the Realtors Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.

• Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Associations of Realtors - Top Producer Land Specialty 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997, 1999, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.  Second place for 1998, 2005 and 2012.
• Realtors Land Institute "Florida Land Broker of the Year 1992".
• Tampa Bay Commercial Brokers Association "Deal of the Year" 1988, 1999 and 2009.
