In his role as CEO of a regional design build construction management firm, John was directly responsible for commercial site development projects totaling over 2,400± acres in the Tampa Bay market area.
John brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Services and Land Services teams with his diverse background as a site developer, general contractor, and financial analyst. John specializes in the leasing, sales, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties and land sites for tenants, landlords, property investors, and owners.
